About the event
All minors participating in our free Love Like Aly™ Wellness Center programs will need to have the attached Release and Waiver signed by the minor participant and a parent/guardian before participating in any activities. Please complete the Waiver on-line via the link and print for your student to bring to their class. Waiver requirement is one-time and will remain on file for subsequent class participation.
